Shipping & Processing
Processing Time: Most items are handmade to order. Our standard processing time is 10-14 business days before shipping.
Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or through WhatsApp's Business Account.
Market Pickup: If you wish to pick up your order at an upcoming Heroez Everywhere event or local vendor market, please select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout and specify the event date.
Delays & Damages: While we package every item with care, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or items damaged during transit. However, please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged so we can assist you in filing a claim.
