Shop Policies for Delicate Aroma Creations

      1. Custom Orders & Personalization
      At Delicate Aroma Creations, we take pride in crafting unique, personalized items. To ensure the best results, please note the following:
      Proofing: For custom orders (such as phone cases, t-shirts, hair bows, ect.), a digital proof may be sent for approval. Production begins only after your written confirmation.
      Image Quality: We are not responsible for the print quality of low-resolution images provided by the customer.
      Copyrighted Material: We strictly adhere to intellectual property laws. We will not print images, logos, or characters that are trademarked or copyrighted without proof of permission from the owner.
      Accuracy: Please double-check all spelling and customization details. Once an item is printed, it cannot be altered.
      2. Shipping & Processing
      Processing Time: Most items are handmade to order. Our standard processing time is 10-14 business days before shipping.
      Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or through WhatsApp's Business Account.
      Market Pickup: If you wish to pick up your order at an upcoming Heroez Everywhere event or local vendor market, please select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout and specify the event date.
      Delays & Damages: While we package every item with care, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or items damaged during transit. However, please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged so we can assist you in filing a claim.
      3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
      Custom/Personalized Items: Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final on custom orders. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives defective or there was a manufacturing error on our part.
      Non-Custom Items: For standard, non-personalized items (such as pre-made hair bows, stationery, ect.), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
      Cancellations: We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun on a custom item, the order cannot be canceled.
      4. Product Care & Use
      To ensure the longevity of your Delicate Aroma Creations products:
      Phone Cases & Accessories: Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or harsh cleaning chemicals (like bleach or acetone) which may fade the design.
      Apparel/Fabric Items: Follow specific washing instructions included with your order to maintain print vibrancy.
      5. Privacy & Security
      Your privacy is important to us. We only use your information (name, address, and email) to fulfill your orders and communicate regarding your purchase. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
